OUR ORIGINS
Tracing the constellation of our journey from a single campus to a nationwide network.
The UCA Legacy
How a vision to unite student leaders evolved into an independent national association.
The Foundation (UCO)
We began our journey as the United Club Organization (UCO). Our initial mandate was focused but vital: to serve as a unified, central organization maintaining and supporting all clubs within University Laboratory School and College.
The Rebirth (UCA)
Recognizing the need for a more dynamic identity, UCO was officially rebranded as the United Club Association (UCA). While remaining true to our core mission, our founder, Sazidur Rahman, architected and launched our comprehensive online infrastructure, marking the dawn of our digital era.
The Nationwide Expansion
Driven by our ultimate goal to unify the student landscape, UCA began preparations to operate as an independent association. We shifted our trajectory from a single-campus entity to a nationwide platform, striving to connect and elevate every institutional club across Bangladesh.
Purpose & Trajectory
Redefining the ecosystem for institutional organizations.
Institutional Unity
Our purpose transcends a single university. We are building a unified platform exclusively for institutional clubs—encompassing schools, colleges, and universities. We provide the architecture for these organizations to exist under one collaborative network.
Strategic Bridging
UCA enables direct, seamless communication between clubs, making it vastly easier to co-host massive fests and national events. Furthermore, we act as a bridge for sponsors to discover high-potential clubs, while helping clubs secure the funding they deserve.
Core Values
The fundamental principles that guide our association's growth.
Collaboration
Breaking down institutional barriers to foster cross-campus partnerships and shared success.
Empowerment
Providing young leaders with the digital tools, networks, and sponsorships required to scale their visions.
Excellence
Establishing a premium benchmark for how institutional clubs operate, organize, and execute national events.
Integrity
Maintaining transparency and trust in all our operations, sponsor relations, and community engagements.
Command & Structure
Currently, the United Club Association is spearheaded by our founder, Sazidur Rahman, an HSC 2026 examinee studying at University Laboratory School and College. However, a nationwide vision requires nationwide talent.
As we expand, we are actively searching for individuals worthy of leading UCA. If you believe you have the strategic mindset, dedication, and leadership required to govern on a national scale, we will welcome you as a core executive, member, or partner.
