Memberships & Affiliation

UCA is a nationwide nonprofit platform designed to unify institutional clubs across Bangladesh. We provide the architecture for clubs to collaborate, share resources, and scale their operations while maintaining their individual identities and autonomy.
UCA Members (Individual): Registered students who join UCA to access our national network, attend large-scale events, and utilize shared resources.

Campus Ambassadors: Official liaisons carefully selected to bridge the gap between UCA and their specific institution, managing local communications and UCA-centric recruitment.

UCA Executives: The core administrative team working at the national level to manage operations, coordinate inter-club events, and secure strategic partnerships across the entire association.
Any currently enrolled student in a recognized school, college, or university in Bangladesh is eligible to join as an individual member, regardless of whether their specific institution currently hosts a UCA-affiliated club.
Club membership is strictly institution specific. To join a particular club, you must be an enrolled student at the respective institution that hosts it. Direct affiliation with UCA is not a prerequisite for joining your local school or college club.
Yes, you are welcome to join multiple clubs within your institution. We highly recommend focusing your energy on up to three organizations to ensure you can dedicate adequate time and meaningfully contribute to their respective projects.
Basic membership for individuals, registered clubs, and network sponsors is completely free. We plan to introduce advanced premium membership tiers with exclusive administrative benefits in the future, but the foundational tier remains our primary offering at this time.

Club Benefits

Absolutely not. UCA strictly respects the autonomy of all affiliated clubs. We provide external support, structural architecture, and a collaborative network, but your club's internal politics, committee selections, and day-to-day operations remain entirely under your institution's jurisdiction.
For emerging clubs, UCA provides immediate structural support. We offer access to a nationwide network of experienced organizers, established operational guidelines, and increased initial visibility to help you build momentum and recruit dedicated members.
Small clubs gain the ability to scale rapidly. By leveraging our network, you can co host events with larger institutions, tap into shared resources, and access targeted sponsorships that would otherwise be difficult to secure independently.
Established clubs join UCA to solidify their legacy and expand their influence on a national scale. Partnering with us allows your club to mentor emerging organizations, co host massive nationwide festivals, and gain access to premium corporate sponsors seeking wide reaching collaborations.
The formal establishment of a club must be authorized by the principal or governing committee of your institution. Once official approval is granted, UCA can provide structural guidance and integrate your new club into our national grid.

Sponsorships & Leadership

Sponsors engage with our network in two distinct ways. Direct Sponsorship involves backing UCA directly to support our central operations and national events. Network Sponsorship allows entities to use our platform to discover, fund, and support specific local clubs or targeted regional events.
UCA operates as a nonprofit association and does not independently disburse financial sponsorships. However, member clubs hosting high potential events can submit their proposals to our operations team. We actively pitch your events to our network of corporate sponsors to facilitate direct funding partnerships.
Corporate entities can reach out to our partnerships team via the contact page. We offer tiered sponsorship packages, including national event title sponsorships, digital network integrations, and direct student outreach campaigns across our extensive grid of affiliated institutions.
Campus Ambassadors act as the official liaisons between UCA and their respective institutions. If selected, your primary responsibility is to represent UCA. This includes conveying our official communications, managing UCA specific recruitment, and coordinating UCA centric events, festivals, and tournaments on your campus.
