Please read these terms carefully before joining the United Club Association

1. Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership in the United Club Association (UCA), you must:

  • Be a current student or teacher at University Laboratory School and College or an affiliated institution
  • Maintain good academic standing (for students)
  • Be at least in Class VI or above
  • Agree to follow the UCA code of conduct

2. Member Responsibilities

As a member of UCA, you agree to:

  • Participate actively in club activities
  • Maintain respectful behavior towards all members
  • Follow club guidelines and policies
  • Attend required meetings and events
  • Contribute positively to the club environment

3. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By joining UCA, you agree that:

  • Your personal information will be handled confidentially
  • Contact information will only be used for club-related communications
  • Photos from events may be used for club promotion with consent
  • You can request to update or remove your information at any time

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 General Behavior

  • Treat all members with respect and courtesy
  • No discrimination based on gender, religion, or background
  • Maintain academic integrity
  • Follow school/college rules and regulations

4.2 Online Behavior

  • Use appropriate language in all communications
  • Respect others' privacy and personal information
  • No sharing of unauthorized materials
  • Report inappropriate behavior to club leadership

5. Termination of Membership

UCA reserves the right to terminate membership if:

  • Terms and conditions are violated
  • Code of conduct is breached
  • Member engages in disruptive behavior
  • Academic standing requirements are not met

6. Changes to Terms

UCA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through club announcements.
